Thanks to regular snow clearance, our farm remains easily accessible even in winter. And the many options in the immediate surroundings will awaken your desire for carefree fun in the snow: your children can build snowmen, sled down the slopes and enjoy cheerful snowball fights. Want to set off on a delightful winter walk? You can do that right from our doorstep. From the very first day of your holiday, our wonderful location connects you with the winter magic of the Ahrntal Valley. We also gladly recommend the tour to the idyllic Waldnersee at 2,300 metres above sea level, with magnificent views of the Rieserferner mountain group. Wet hiking boots dry quickly afterwards in our room with a modern boot drying system.

The Klausberg and Speikboden ski resorts are only a few minutes away by car. There you'll find perfect conditions for skiing and snowboarding well into Easter. For our guests, we’ve rented a heated ski depot at Klausberg. That way, you can travel comfortably by ski bus without any luggage. And your winter holiday in the Ahrntal Valley also offers plenty of variety off the slopes: have you ever tried a torchlit ski descent? Are you looking for a suitable area for ice climbing? Want to meet up with friends at the ice stock rink? Or take a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride? Around the Voppichlhof, all of this is possible at any time!
