Clouds will pass through the northern mountain ranges at times. From late morning onwards, larger cumulus clouds will develop, and the risk of thunderstorms will subsequently increase.

A cold front is approaching the Alps from the north-west and will move across South Tyrol during the course of the day. It will be mainly sunny in the morning, with a few clouds in the north. In the afternoon, with the front there will be widespread showers and thunderstorms. At the same time, gusty northerly winds will pick up. Temperatures are falling, with maximum temperatures ranging from 23° in the Wipptal to 31° in the Unterland.

Along the main Alpine ridge, clouds may be thicker at times, and isolated rain showers cannot be ruled out. In the afternoon, rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in all mountain ranges.
