The conditions here are perfect: on our farm, children can still be children, and parents always have the good feeling that every family member is getting what they need. You will stay in a spacious, family-friendly apartment with a beautiful view. There's always something to discover in the immediate vicinity. While your children experience new adventures every day, you can relax and enjoy your well-deserved holiday in peace.
There's a lot to experience on our farm
Your children will quickly fall in love with our farm animals. We have many: cows and calves, our farm dog, ducks, rabbits, chickens, cats, miniature goats, dwarf hamsters, zebra finches, and guinea pigs all look forward to some affection or attention. And a tractor ride with us is always an exciting event. But the family fun at Voppichlhof doesn't stop there: To make your family holiday in the Ahrntal Valley as pleasant as possible, you can borrow various sports equipment from us: scooters, hiking sticks, sleds, snowshoes, "Rennböckl", bobsled, or slide discs.
Toddlers are explicitly welcome
Traveling with your baby? Very gladly! Our child-friendly farm is happy to provide a crib, stroller, changing mat, baby bathtub, baby monitor, walker, and a child seat for the table. If you need a break during your family holiday in the Ahrntal Valley and wish to have some time for yourself, we can look after your little treasure for a manageable period upon request!
Lots of fun for children in the Ahrntal Valley
Whether it’s skiing, family hikes on interesting themed trails, a joint bike ride, a visit to our South Tyrolean Christmas markets in winter, or an afternoon at the outdoor pool in summer—so many possibilities await in the Ahrntal Valley for both young and adult vacationers. Our tip: Be sure to take advantage of the child-friendly Bauernlandzwerge activity program. Your kids will also love the high ropes course, our Mini Ski Club, or the ghost hour at Burg Taufers. And right at the Voppichlhof, your children can play and romp around to their heart's content in summer or winter: We have a large playground with a sandbox, swing, and trampoline, table football, table tennis, badminton, and a play lawn smelling of fresh grass. There is also a village playground nearby with a zip line. In the house, we have a reading, play, and lounge room. Here your children can always pick out children's and fairy tale books, drawing, crafting, or writing materials, card and board games, as well as cuddly toys, Lego bricks, and other toys.

Adventure and children's program This summer, the activity partners in the Tauferer Ahrntal holiday region are again waiting for our little visitors with the continuation of the unique adventure program. The authentic experience of nature with forest & water - our museum facilities but especially the diversity of agriculture with its animal world on the mountain farm are at the heart of this active weekly program.
